Archive open 11am to 4pm.
If you have ever wanted to visit but have not been able to pop-in during our normal opening hours, now is your chance! Our Research Library will be open from 11am to 4pm, so why not while away a lazy Sunday afternoon in the Archive?
As well as being able to delve into our collection you can also book a delicious, freshly cooked Sunday lunch at Shilstone. Served in a beautifully restored former hay barn, the set menu of either one or two courses will be prepared by the in-house team of highly skilled chefs. A sample menu is available here.
To help you work up an appetite you may also like to take a stroll around Shilstone’s north-eastern terraced garden, with far reaching views across the countryside, and wander down into the valley with its medieval fishponds.
