The Devon Rural Archive’s 2022 Evening Lecture Programme.

You are invited to join us at the DRA, at 7pm on the first Thursday of every month, to learn about aspects of Devon’s history, archaeology and architecture, through a series of special talks.

Our programme, now in its 12th year, offers a diverse range of subjects, which this year includes Devon’s last slave-owners; some myths and legends; the Pinwill woodcarvers, and the rebuilding of Plymouth after the Blitz. The full programme is available to view at the bottom of this page, or you can download a copy here. Details of each talk can be found on our Events page.

Tickets are available in advance only, and can be purchased in our online shop. If you would like to attend all 11 lectures in our series you may prefer to purchase a Season Ticket, at a discounted rate.

Everyone is welcome, so come along, have a tea or coffee, and then sit back, and enjoy as our guest speakers inform, amaze and entertain you. We look forward to welcoming you to the archive!

Stay in the loop!
